Are YOU the right candidate?
You are an accomplished salesperson with the ability to work from both a home office and our headquarters in Kirkwood, travel to attend conferences, and visit prospects 25 to 50 percent of the month. You have an uncanny ability to prospect consistently and persistently on the phone, in person, and at company trade events. You have experience in service based industries. If not, you have a history of sales success in a complex selling environment, selling to enterprises (preferably to the Fortune 500), the ability to learn quickly, and retain, process and share knowledge.
You are adept at selling solutions from $25,000 to upwards of $500,000. You are well spoken, command a room’s attention, have high energy levels and unparalleled focus. People consider you to be someone who leads with their actions, and you consider a sales territory to be your personal business. You are accustomed to tracking your sales behaviors and metrics as a source of effectiveness and improvement and are able to speak to your personal success metrics. While already operating at a high level, you understand and seek training and coaching as a source of constant growth.
You must have a verifiable history of earning in excess of $90,000 and a need to quickly surpass $150,000. Only sales professionals who earn at a high level will be successful at Big Nerd Ranch, as our reputation, investments in marketing, and sales leads engine provide ample opportunity for a high level of sales success.
